We do not allow self-registration without review. Every doctor profile goes through the following steps before it is visible to patients.

• Registration number checked against MCI or Maharashtra state medical council records
• Clinic address confirmed via physical or map verification
• Qualification documents reviewed (MBBS, MD, DGO, etc.)
• Doctor consents to our data usage and patient communication policy
• Profile reviewed manually before going live — no instant approvals

• Your name is never shared with a doctor unless you call or WhatsApp directly
• Chat transcripts used only for improving recommendations — never sold
• No data shared with third parties without your consent
• Right to request deletion of your data at any time
• DPDP Act 2023 compliant — Grievance Officer appointed
