1. What we collect
When you use the AI chat, we collect your chat messages and, if you provide them, your approximate location and preferred language. We do not collect your name, phone, or email unless you voluntarily share them.
2. How we use it
We use your chat data to provide doctor recommendations, improve our AI, and monitor for safety. We do not sell your data. We do not use your data for advertising.
3. Data sharing
We share data only with: (a) the AI provider processing your chat (Anthropic, under a data processing agreement); (b) our hosting provider (Vercel); and (c) law enforcement if legally required.
4. Data retention
Chat transcripts are retained for 12 months for safety and quality purposes, then deleted. You may request earlier deletion at any time.
5. Your DPDP Act 2023 rights
