Your rights under DPDP Act 2023
India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act gives you meaningful control over your personal data.
Right to access
You may request a copy of all personal data we hold about you. We will respond within 30 days.
Right to correction
If your data is inaccurate or incomplete, you may ask us to correct it. We will update within 72 hours of verification.
Right to erasure
You may ask us to delete your personal data. We will erase within 30 days, except where legally required to retain it.
Right to grievance redressal
If you believe your data rights have been violated, you may file a grievance with our Grievance Officer. See the Grievance Officer page.
Right to nominate
You may nominate a trusted person to exercise your data rights if you are incapacitated. Contact us to register a nominee.
Right to withdraw consent
If processing is based on your consent, you may withdraw it at any time. This will not affect processing done before withdrawal.

Email privacy@nanded-doctors.com with the subject line “DPDP Request — [Your Right]”. Include your registered email or phone number for verification. We will respond within the statutory timeframe.
