By using Nanded Doctors, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
2. Not a medical service
Nanded Doctors is a directory and AI referral service. It is not a medical service, does not provide medical advice, and is not a substitute for a licensed doctor. For any medical emergency, call 108.
3. Doctor information
We make every effort to keep doctor profiles accurate. However, availability, fees, and clinic hours may change. Always confirm with the doctor's clinic before visiting.
4. AI accuracy
Our AI is designed to suggest appropriate specialists, but it may make errors. You are responsible for verifying that any doctor recommendation suits your needs.
5. Prohibited uses
Do not use this platform to collect doctor data at scale, submit false information, impersonate a doctor, or violate any applicable law.
6. Intellectual property
All content on this platform, including doctor profiles, is owned by Nanded Doctors or its licensors. You may not reproduce it without permission.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Maharashtra, India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Nanded.
