How does the AI chat work?
You describe your symptoms in Hindi, Marathi, or English. Our AI asks one or two clarifying questions, then suggests 2–3 verified doctors in Nanded who match your specialty and location needs. The AI never diagnoses — it connects you to the right doctor.
Are the doctors actually verified?
Yes. Every doctor is manually checked against their MCI registration number and Maharashtra state council records before appearing on the platform. We also verify their clinic address and qualifications.
Is there a cost to use Nanded Doctors?
The AI chat and doctor directory are completely free for patients. Doctors pay a small subscription fee to manage their profile and access patient leads.
What languages does the AI understand?
Hindi, Marathi, English, and romanized Marathi (e.g. 'chest dukhtay' or 'bukhar aaya hai'). You do not need to type in the correct script — the AI understands phonetic spellings too.
How do I book an appointment?
We do not have an in-app booking system yet. After the AI recommends a doctor, you can call or WhatsApp them directly with one tap. The doctor's clinic handles appointment booking.
Is my health data safe?
Yes. We store only the minimum data needed to serve you. Your chat data is never sold. You can request deletion at any time. We are DPDP Act 2023 compliant with a dedicated Grievance Officer.
I am a doctor. How do I list my practice?
Visit our For Doctors page and sign up. Your profile goes through a manual review before it is visible to patients — usually within 2 business days.
Can I use this for a medical emergency?
No. Nanded Doctors is a directory service. In any life-threatening emergency, call 108 for a free government ambulance immediately. Do not use the AI chat for emergencies.
